Orders will go through 2 phases before being delivered

1.Order processing time: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This involves the securing of stocks, in some cases, and the checking of Product Quality.

2.Shipping time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods. Please check details below.

We offer free express delivery, if your order reaches a certain amount. Please check details below.

All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through"My Order"section in your account or"Order Status".

*These are estimates based on the time it took for majority of orders to be delivered. Actual Processing and Shipping time may take shorter or longer, depending on order surges.


-Usually, the processing time takes 5-9 days (larger orders will take longer, weekends and holidays excluded). However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status, the time of the year or national holidays, etc.


-For popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the processing time may take more than 5-9 days. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

*Note: the processing time of orders with more than one item will be based on the item with the longest processing time.


-We will E-mail you if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.


-That’s to say, if some of the items are out of stock in your order, and we want to make the package arrived earlier. In this case, we will split your order and sent the available item(s) to you firstly and your sub-order will be shipped for free. It may take a few days longer for your sub-order to arrive.


-If you would like to cancel a backordered item in your order, simply send us your request by mail: service@lapastyle.com, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Detail


  1. -Please remember that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take you to receive the order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, please mail to us for more help. Our dedicated customer service team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
  2. -We deliver all of our orders to your country from our warehouse and distribution center based in China. The delivery time depends on the country you select when checking out. Please refer to the above shipping table for average delivery time.
  3. Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.




-We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing your order.


-Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.



-As we mentioned above, parcels may take longer due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions,etc. Therefore, delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, we will work out a proper solution for you to decrease your loss.


-Please contact us within 1 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time or is signed by others. Our customer service team will get back to you and offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.
